The Petel Premium Suite ist das einzige Hotel Koreas exklusiv für Gäste mit Haustieren und wurde im Jahre 2016 mit dem Ziel eröffnet, einen gesunden Lebensstil mit Haustieren zu fördern und Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen für einen bequemen Urlaub mit Haustieren zu bieten. Alle Zimmer wurden unter Berücksichtigung der Verhaltensmerkmale von und zur Sicherheit der Tiere gestaltet und bestehen aus rutschfestem Boden, Haustiertreppen sowie einem System zur Geruchsbeseitigung und Desinfizierung. 
Das Hotel akzeptiert Hunde mit bis zu 45kg Gewicht und unter 70cm Größe, ausgeschlossen sind gesetzlich als gefährtlich eingestufte Hunderassen.
