Der Familiensitz von Nongam Yi Hyeon-bo befindet sich in Gasong-ri, Dosan-myeon in der Stadt Andong. Yi Hyeon-bo diente in 1504 als Saganwonjeongeon, wurde jedoch durch den wütenden König nach Andong verbannt. Der Familiensitz befand sich im Dorf Buncheon, das jedoch im Jahre 1976 beim Bau des Andong-Damms überflutete. Der Familiensitz, der Schrein und Geunggudang, die alle an verschiedene Orte in Andong umgelegt wurden, wurden von Yi Seong-won, einen Nachkommen des Yeongcheon Yi Clans, wieder an einen Ort versammelt. Im Jahre 2007 wurde die konfuzianische Akademie Bungangseowon wieder errichtet und ist heute als Dorf Bungangchon für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich.
